Kylli’s planning and design strategy focus on serving the community, the environment and addressing public health, and the environment. The COVID-19 pandemic changed the way we work and live. Kylli has empowered Gensler’s new design team to center planning around providing healthier and more flexible buildings: better building orientation, operable windows for more fresh air, more terraces and balconies for both office buildings and residential units. There will also be substantial outdoor seating areas for the food and beverage establishments on site.
