We are proud of our efforts to take a site that the City has zoned for approximately 4.2M SF high-intensity office and R&D space and re-envisioned it beyond a single use The proposed mix will continue to support the previous vision of office space, but has been expanded to encompass critical elements such as housing, neighborhood retail, childcare and plentiful open space. Our plan improves upon the previous concept of a single-use zone and enhances it with this multi-use design that will bring to life the epitome of today’s much-coveted work-live-play community.
