How is FAA limitation affecting the design of Mission Point?

We sent an updated package to the FAA at the end of 2019. Due to the pandemic, the plan review was delayed and was finally approved in August 2021. Our current proposal is fully compliant with the FAA’s feedback from August 2021. The FAA allowed for taller height limits, but we want to base on feedback from the community and to align better with surrounding buildings. This project is being carefully designed to strike a better balance in addressing Santa Clara’s diverse needs, and we are working closely with the community, the City, and the FAA to determine the optimal building height for this project and to deliver it in a thoughtful and aesthetically appealing plan.
