As you may be aware, Kylli recently received a determination from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) that the heights proposed in the rezoning application exceed their threshold. There are many factors in the FAA’s determination, but ultimately the heights in the proposal will need to be further reduced in coordination with the FAA. As a result, the proposed project will decrease in height, and square footage.
Our team is currently working with the FAA to understand the constraints of the site better so that we can develop an alternative approach. We expect this coordination will take several months to complete.
Once we have that better understanding we will continue our work together to shape a new project. Your input is very important to us and we look forward to continuing our conversations.
