By creating a mixed-use plan with housing near offices, retail, entertainment, and transit, we can improve traffic impact in the area by reducing the number of trips people need to take and shortening commute distances. The development is located near public transportation and will include sustainable transit-oriented choices as part of everyday life including smart parking solutions and ride share strategies. The team intends to implement the most modern parking and traffic mitigation programs in order to reduce the parking demand at the project. The project team will involve a wide range of stakeholders from the transportation community during the planning process.
